Picture a résumé...
Neat and tidy, black and white, all wins and no losses… a polished image of yourself.
Now, imagine a world that isn’t always so perfect: where lines are a little less straight, edges a bit blurrier, and successes and stumbles go hand in hand.
The Anti-Résumé Project creates space to share our authentic stories — candid, messy, fun and vulnerable as they may be. This includes obstacles overcome, leaps of faith, cherished memories, jobs not hired for, quirks, and unconventional skills. (Good luck finding all that on a traditional resume!)
Explore the growing collection of anti-résumés, generously shared by Innis grads. And, remember, we’re all human. Let’s give ourselves the freedom to fail.
